Set in peaceful surroundings, Pleasant Valley Cottage is set in an elevated position in a picturesque wooded valley just 500 metres from the sea at Wisemans Bridge, where a sandy beach with numerous rock pools can be found.

Saundersfoot
With its fine beaches and harbour, Saundersfoot is only two miles away and can be reached by a level walk along the coastal path.

Tenby
A lovely old walled town with award winning beaches and a harbour providing a variety of boat trips, is five miles away (by road).

The property is situated in an elevated position having a steep drive to a level parking area at the front. From the parking area to the front door there are four shallow steps together with a hand rail. There is also a gravel path from the parking area to the rear door of the property. Here there are two small steps.

The ground floor of the property consists of two bedrooms (one being en-suite), a disabled access WC plus wash basin, kitchen and dining area.

The lounge and house bathroom are situated on the first floor being accessed by a standard staircase.

Pleasant Valley Cottage opened its doors for the first time on 2nd February 2008, and is available for rental all year round.

Rental period is weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

For 2008 prices range from £350 - £750 per week, dependant on the time of year.
