From Carmarthen take the A40 dual carriageway. On reaching the roundabout at the end, take the A477 signposted to Tenby and Pembroke Dock.
After approximately 10 miles you pass through the village of Llanteg.
After a further 3 miles, at the start of the dual carriageway, take the left turn signposted Stepaside.
After 500 yards turn left, signposted to Wisemans Bridge and Pleasant Valley.
After 25 yards turn left, again signposted to Wisemans Bridge and Pleasant Valley.
Pleasant Valley Cottage is situated down this road, approximately 1 mile on the left hand-side.
